What a day!

With over 225 in attendance, our 2022 Confirmation and Episcopal Visit with Bishop Brewer was a huge success – a success made possible by the servant leadership and gifts of so many ministry leaders and their teams. St. Andrew’s wants to give a special thanks to:

· The Rt. Rev. and Mrs. Gregory O. Brewer, whose leadership inspires us always;

· Fr. Rob Goodrich and the members of Holy Faith, Port St. Lucie, who blessed us with their confirmation class members;

· Mandy Doss and the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Academy students who served as greeters and servers, and for the gift of the beautiful floral arrangements for the reception;

· The Altar Guild and Flower Guild for their attention to detail and the grace and beauty they always express in their service;

· Our Ushers: Nancy Bennett, Larry Hardie, Larry Oliver, and David Willbur;

· Lectors: Dalita DeCambre and Paulette Goetz;

· Lay Eucharistic Ministers: Celestine Dorsey and Monica Geyer;

· Mr. Wendell Russell, Verger, and Acolytes: Payge Alford, Monica Geyer, Aiden Kendall, Noah Hemmer, Sofia Matos, and Jeff Carver as Chaplain to the Bishop;

· Dr. Thomas Goetz and the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Choir, particularly Jacqueline Donaldson and Amber Schichtel for opening Here Am I, Lord;

· Fulton Sykes and the entire Fellowship Committee whose gifts make all feel welcome and well fed;

· Susan Carver for serving Mrs. Brewer;

· Janet Hiott who personalized each confirmation certificate;

· Andrew Hemmer and Monica Geyer who served as photographers;

· The Kozac family for running the Audio/Visual/Live-stream;

· Miriam and Peter Charles for always saying “yes” to the call to serve;

· and of course, the Staff of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church whose tireless efforts keep St. Andrew’s moving forward in mission and ministry;
